Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage in various responsibilities that directly impact client outcomes, including:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• A Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A minimum of one year of direct experience in the practice of marriage and family therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

While all applicants will be considered, candidates with prior experience in outpatient therapy services and familiarity with telehealth modalities will be highly valued. Experience in crisis intervention and conflict resolution is also beneficial in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
