Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personal caseload by establishing and maintaining positive therapeutic relationships with clients within a framework of professional ethics.

• Conduct regular sessions to review client progress, addressing stability and preparing for discharge when appropriate.
\n
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's goals and needs.
\n
• Document all client interactions meticulously, ensuring accurate and up-to-date progress notes.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to ascertain the resources and strategies best suited for clients' unique challenges.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to reflect on clinical practice and growth.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, enhancing treatment outcomes for clients.

• Maintain a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement throughout your practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Active, unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of three years of post-graduate experience working in a clinical outpatient environment.

• Proficiency in using technology and software relevant to mental health practice, including RMS systems, Excel, and Outlook.

Preferred Experience\n

• Significant experience in providing individual and family psychotherapy, with a strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
