Work Environment\n

As a part of our team, you will work remotely, capitalizing on the benefits of telehealth formats to connect with your patients. Our practice emphasizes work-life balance, allowing you to create a schedule that aligns with your personal commitments while maintaining a fulfilling career. Full-time LPCs will typically work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, while part-time schedules can be customized to suit individual availability, based on team needs. Importantly, we do not have weekend shifts, allowing for a healthy work-life equilibrium.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide tailored therapy strategies for a diverse clientele, conducting comprehensive assessments that elucidate individual needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups, fostering an environment conducive to healing and growth.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, ensuring that each patient's approach is individualized.

• Maintain thorough and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications\n

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Texas.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is essential.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical or therapeutic context, demonstrating your ability to effectively assist clients.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical mental health standards is critical for maintaining high professional standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with your qualifications and experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
