Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions, ensuring a deep understanding of their individual needs.
• Implement and adjust treatment plans utilizing various methods, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modern rehabilitation equipment aimed at alleviating pain and enhancing mobility.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment strategies tailored to help patients reach their specific rehabilitation goals and maximize their functional capabilities.
• Regularly document patient progress, treatment responses, and outcomes, ensuring a continuous feedback loop for effective treatment modifications.
• Continually reassess and redefine therapeutic goals, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on data-driven insights.
• Advise and guide patients on the use of assistive devices to enhance their daily living capabilities and mobility.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on physical therapy procedures and the proper use of therapeutic equipment.
• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, reading relevant literature, and networking within professional organizations.

Qualifications

• An accredited Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
