Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs, concerns, and goals, utilizing platforms equipped with digital assessment tools.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions through video conferencing to individuals confronting mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress.

• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions focused on improving relationship dynamics, enhancing communication, and resolving family conflicts effectively.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that include specific goals and evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Offer immediate support and crisis intervention for clients dealing with urgent mental health concerns, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and guidance.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, equipping them with coping strategies and information regarding community resources available for further support.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measurements, ensuring strict adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 75,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
