Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments during initial patient consultations, reviewing their medical history and current symptoms to form a basis for diagnosis.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications and suggesting lifestyle modifications tailored to each patient's needs.
• Execute diagnostic procedures such as suturing, wound care management, joint injections, and other therapeutic interventions to ensure effective patient treatment.
• Participate actively in the care coordination process, engaging with a multidisciplinary team which includes nurses, social workers, and rehabilitation specialists, to ensure seamless patient transitions and continuity of care.
• Provide thorough pre-operative and post-operative care, including comprehensive education to patients regarding surgical procedures, recovery protocols, and follow-up appointments.
• Engage in case discussions and clinical rounds to enhance collaborative treatment planning, contributing your insights into patient management and care strategies.
• Monitor ongoing patient progress rigorously, documenting findings in electronic health records (EHR) consistently to reflect accurate and timely updates on patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about preventive care options, adherence to treatment protocols, and the importance of follow-up visits to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations through meticulous maintenance of patient records and documentation practices.

Compensation and Benefits
