Inside Access Psychotherapy Services is on the lookout for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our remote team. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in delivering trauma-informed care to individuals grappling with the effects of trauma, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and complex trauma. Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, leveraging telehealth technologies to deliver therapy sessions. You will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes open communication and collaborative practices, all while maintaining the highest standards for confidentiality and patient care. Our workweek spans Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate each patient’s trauma history and specific needs, guiding the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Implement and adjust evidence-based intervention strategies, including modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at processing trauma, while teaching patients effective coping mechanisms and promoting emotional healing.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care, addressing all aspects of mental well-being.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention for patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies, offering immediate support and reassurance.
\n
• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, coping strategies, and available community resources to enhance understanding and support.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and organization within electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities focused on trauma-informed care, case consultations, and team meetings to share knowledge and strategies.

• Stay informed about emerging research and best practices in the field of trauma therapy, continually refining treatment approaches to optimize patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our work centers around individuals who have endured trauma, specifically those diagnosed with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Your expertise will be essential in helping clients navigate their recovery journey, offering them the tools they need to overcome their past and thrive in future endeavors.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a relevant mental health setting.
\n
• Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.
\n
• Experience in delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to client care.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and various computer applications.
\n
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in group therapy facilitation and crisis management within a telehealth framework.

• A background in developing and implementing trauma-informed treatment plans for diverse client populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
