Work Environment\n

Our work setting is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and a healthy work-life balance. The team operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend hours on a rotating basis. While working remotely, you will have access to our digital tools and resources designed to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among team members and with patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, focusing on their severity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their individual goals, needs, and preferences.
\n
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, potential treatment paths, and effective self-care strategies.
\n
• Monitor client progress during therapy sessions and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on their evolving needs.

• Engage in close collaboration with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure an integrated approach to care.
\n
• Stay updated on trends and research related to mood disorders to continuously enhance treatment strategies.
\n
• Keep precise and confidential records of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans while adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to enrich clinical skills and encourage information sharing among colleagues.

• Advocate for clients’ mental health needs, promoting awareness and reducing the stigma associated with mood disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, and anxiety disorders. Our clients come from various backgrounds, allowing you to engage with a diverse population and tailor your approach to meet varying cultural and individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts.
\n
• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to work effectively alongside psychiatrists and other healthcare providers.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two years of post-licensure experience specifically focusing on mood disorders is preferred.

• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing evidence-based practices such as CBT and DBT.

• A proven track record of delivering successful therapeutic outcomes for clients dealing with mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus.
