Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients; establish and nurture rapport through regular interactions, ensuring ethical boundaries are respected.

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate ongoing therapeutic sessions aimed at achieving client goals, monitoring progress, stability, and addressing any barriers to treatment.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress meticulously to comply with state regulations and best practices.

• Engage in individual supervision to bolster professional development and enhance therapeutic techniques.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Harmony Reach Services, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will support individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is mandatory.

• Active and unrestricted LPC license, with the ability to practice independently.

• A minimum of one year post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficient in using technology for client management, including spreadsheets, electronic medical records (RMS), email communication (Outlook), and therapy-specific software (PIMSY).

Compensation and Benefits\n

Harmony Reach Services offers an attractive compensation package, with an annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, based on experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model ensures guaranteed rates, paid in advance of collections, thereby eliminating any wait for reimbursement. We also provide bonuses for outstanding performance.
