Key Responsibilities\n

• Actively engage in all licensing and accreditation processes to ensure compliance with applicable standards.

• Act as a liaison with state agencies, service systems, and community partners, facilitating communication and collaboration to enhance service delivery.

• Establish and maintain strong communication channels to meet contract standards and to advance the mission of Sierra Vista within the community.
\n
• Reach out to local, state, federal, and private agencies to promote ongoing programs and to explore new partnerships or funding opportunities.
\n
• Commit to your personal and professional development through participation in relevant conferences, trainings, and representing the agency in public forums or statewide meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on delivering tailored therapy to a diverse client base in an outpatient setting. You will work with individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and adjustment disorders. Each session will require you to adapt your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring a personalized and effective therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a related mental health field is mandatory.

• One of the following independent licenses is required: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health counseling setting.
\n
• Demonstrated knowledge of record-keeping and charting procedures as they relate to client documentation and compliance.

• A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation in accordance with legal requirements.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms to enhance client engagement and care.

• Prior experience working in outpatient therapy settings, particularly with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
