Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a crucial role in our clients’ mental health journeys. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Providing evidence-based therapy services using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation and progress notes in accordance with federal regulations and our internal policies.

• Communicating regularly with healthcare providers, ensuring collaborative and effective treatment approaches.

• Facilitating sessions that may include individual therapy and family involvement to create a supportive network for clients.

• Implementing crisis intervention techniques and adapting therapy strategies to meet clients' immediate emotional needs.

• Coordinating discharge plans while consulting with both clients and their familial support systems.

Qualifications\n

Candidates for this position should possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or an equivalent mental health certification.

Compensation and Benefits\n
