Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity and duration of clients' mood disorders, ensuring an accurate understanding of their mental health needs.

• Collaborate with clients to generate personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique backgrounds, goals, and preferences, ensuring a client-centered approach.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to treat mood disorders effectively.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment strategies, and self-care practices, empowering them to take control of their mental health journey.

• Monitor and document clients' progress throughout the treatment process, making proactive adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to promote positive outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals experiencing mood-related disorders. Our clients come from various backgrounds, including adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in New York State as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker-R (LCSW-R), Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist.

• Two years of post-licensure experience, with a focus on mood disorders, is preferred.
\n
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices, particularly with CBT and DBT, that effectively treat mood disorders.

• A solid foundation in psychopharmacology, enabling effective collaboration with psychiatrists and medical personnel.
\n
• Demonstrated success in achieving positive client outcomes within the mental health field.
\n
• Exceptional communication abilities, fostering strong relationships with diverse client populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, along with significant bonuses for performance and client success.
