Work Environment\n

This is a remote position, providing flexibility and work-life balance, with core working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s individual goals, preferences, and treatment options.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively treat mood disorders.

• Provide valuable education and support to clients and their families, guiding them through treatment options and self-care strategies relevant to mood disorders.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, tracking changes in symptoms and adapting treatment plans as necessary to achieve better outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring all aspects of a client's treatment plan are addressed.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and assessments, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development sessions to strengthen clinical skills and stay current with best practices in mood disorder treatment.

In this role, you will focus on serving a diverse clientele, particularly individuals experiencing mood disorders such as Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, and related anxiety conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
