Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to formulate individualized treatment plans that align with the needs and preferences of your clients.

• Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring effective communication and engagement with clients during their therapeutic journey.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans, adhering to ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the quality of care and develop protocols for treating various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and autism.

• Act as a resource to clients and their families, offering care coordination services and emotional support while assisting in navigating medical, behavioral health, and educational systems.

• Engage in regular supervision and participate in professional development activities to continue enhancing your therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling (LPC), Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active and valid state license in Pennsylvania as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, reflecting the importance of your role in enhancing patient outcomes.
