Work Environment

Our Highland Park clinic operates onsite, providing a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere that encourages personal interactions between therapists and patients. Our work hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, giving you the opportunity to maintain a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their recovery objectives.
• Administer hands-on physical therapy interventions, including manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises tailored to each patient's condition.
• Maintain a manageable caseload to ensure dedicated attention to every patient, fostering rapport and trust throughout their treatment journey.
• Utilize evidence-based practice to deliver effective care that emphasizes non-surgical alternatives, thereby reducing the reliance on medications.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to maximize recovery outcomes and enhance mobility.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records using EMR software, particularly Web PT, to capture treatment details and ensure continuity of care.
• Motivate patients through education on injury prevention strategies and lifestyle adjustments, highlighting the importance of fitness and wellness in their recovery.

Our clients consist of individuals seeking rehabilitation and performance enhancement, particularly those recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries. Our clinic serves a diverse population, including athletes, active adults, and elderly patients requiring specialized therapy to regain functionality and independence. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• An active and clean Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Strong proficiency in various manual therapy techniques, showcasing a holistic approach to treatment.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing effective exercise programs that cater to individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with industry-leading physical therapy methodologies, maintained through ongoing education and training.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an outpatient setting focused on sports medicine or orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Capability to implement EMR systems effectively, with experience using Web PT specifically considered a plus.
• A proven track record of collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Advanced certifications in manual therapy or related specialties are a bonus but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
