Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your role will encompass a variety of essential responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and creating tailored treatment plans.

• Providing individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Mindfulness-Based Therapy, aligning approaches with each client's unique circumstances.

• Establishing collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and actively monitoring their progress throughout the treatment process.

• Facilitating teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual engagement or may have accessibility challenges, ensuring they receive continuous support.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring the highest level of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on your caseload and experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer:
