Key Responsibilities\n

Your role will involve providing individualized counseling sessions through video chat. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate mental health counseling to clients.

• Utilizing solution-focused therapeutic modalities to create individual treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present with various mental health needs. Your focus will be on helping these individuals develop life-enhancing skills, manage their mental health effectively, and improve their overall well-being. We emphasize building strong therapeutic relationships that empower clients in their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A current, independent, and unrestricted license (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) to practice in their respective field.

• No history of disciplinary actions or limited/provisional licenses.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine empathetic approach to client care.

• Proficient computer skills to navigate our therapy platform and manage client information efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While all licensed therapists are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to candidates with prior telehealth experience or those who have worked with low-acuity adult populations. Familiarity with various treatment modalities and successful track records in counseling will also be advantageous.
