Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand and meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintaining open and effective communication with supervisors, direct care staff, families, and guardians about the ongoing progress of clients.

• Creating and managing schedules for client appointments, home visits, and necessary observations to monitor therapeutic progress.

• Coordinating and facilitating home visits when required, ensuring thorough documentation through chart reviews and staff interviews.
\n
• Implementing, evaluating, and updating individual program plans to ensure they are effective and adhered to rigorously.
\n
• Participating actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and contributing to discussions about client treatment plans and overall care.

• Documenting client progress through monthly and quarterly notes, ensuring that all records are accurately maintained and accessible.
\n
• Providing leadership in training sessions to certify that staff members are competent in program implementation and documentation practices.
\n
• Offering follow-up support through interviews and home visits to ensure continuous client care and engagement.

• Acting as a liaison between our organization and the broader mental health community to promote collaborative development goals.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
