Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients.

• Maintain meticulous and timely records, including clinical documentation and progress notes, in accordance with the organization’s policies and standards.

• Work collaboratively with mental health professionals, educators, and parents to coordinate care and discharge planning, ensuring continuity and quality of service.

• Provide crisis intervention and counseling services to students, assessing and addressing emotional and behavioral challenges as they arise.

• Regularly communicate with physicians and other healthcare team members regarding client progress, needs, and concerns to ensure integrated treatment approaches.

• Facilitate family consultations to engage and educate support systems on effective treatment strategies and resources available for their children.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds who are dealing with a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Valid and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
