Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions in a remote outpatient setting, utilizing state-of-the-art telehealth technology.

• Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to understand each client’s unique challenges and strengths.

• Develop and implement personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans that align with evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and systemic approaches.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to comply with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Participate in continuous professional development by taking advantage of training opportunities provided by LumaMind and contributing to interdisciplinary team discussions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at LumaMind, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Your expertise will allow you to provide tailored interventions that empower clients to navigate life's challenges, reinforcing their resilience and enhancing their coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Nevada, or license eligibility within 90 days of hire.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with a commitment to ethical practice and cultural competency.

• Demonstrated clinical judgment and the ability to engage effectively with a range of clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient mental health setting, preferably focusing on family therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In joining LumaMind Therapy, you will receive a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees, along with continuing education unit (CEU) support and supervisory opportunities if needed.
