Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions with individual adult clients via secure live video platforms.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary psychiatric providers and fellow mental health counselors to ensure comprehensive treatment plans.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessment tools and progress monitoring systems to adjust treatment plans dynamically, ensuring effective path toward client goals.

• Participate in weekly live consultation sessions, seeking guidance and support from leadership to enhance clinical skills and therapeutic techniques.

• Stay informed about crisis protocols and manage crisis situations as they arise, ensuring client safety and well-being at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adult clients who may face a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, and suicidal ideation. We emphasize a culturally responsive approach to treatment, ensuring all clients feel understood and valued regardless of their background or circumstance.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of one year of independent practice experience as a Licensed Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, complemented by performance bonuses.
