This full-time position allows licensed professionals, including LPCs, LMFTs, LCSWs, and Licensed Psychologists, to provide vital mental health support to adults aged 18 and over from the comfort of their own homes. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will involve:

• Providing individualized clinical services, creating and implementing person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand client issues and determining appropriate treatment interventions.

• Developing, monitoring, and refining Individual Service Plans (ISPs) in collaboration with clients.
\n
• Helping clients cultivate essential skills such as coping strategies, problem-solving techniques, and effective communication methods.

• Acting as an advocate for clients by educating them about available community resources to enhance their treatment experiences.

• Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting adults aged 18 and older who face significant challenges related to mental illness. Many clients may struggle with issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma, which impact their ability to maintain independence and stability within their communities. Through a supportive and empathetic approach, you will guide clients toward managing their symptoms effectively and improving their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, you need to possess:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current and valid state license to practice, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• The ability to practice independently without supervision.
\n
• A clean license with no disciplinary actions against it.
\n
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and telehealth services.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

• Proven experience providing direct clinical services, ideally within a telehealth or similar remote setting.
