Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Empower Physical Therapy, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patient conditions, identifying functional limitations and establishing tailored treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing consultations to healthcare providers to ensure effective coordination of the patient's continuum of care.
• Engage with patients of diverse backgrounds, demonstrating cultural competence and adhering to our strong customer service standards.
• Implement treatment protocols, educate patients about their conditions, and provide discharge planning, consistently adhering to our professional documentation standards.
• Regularly review progress and adjust treatment plans based on patient outcomes while complying with all relevant laws and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions, ranging from young athletes to elderly individuals. Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.

Preferred Experience
