Desired Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Paraprofessional, Behavior Technician (BT), or Aide in educational settings
• Current CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) and CPR certifications required
• Comfortable navigating moderate to severe classroom environments and high behavior needs
• Flexibility and readiness to work throughout El Dorado County as assigned
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine passion for helping students reach their potential

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct assistance to students in classroom and one-on-one settings
• Assist with classroom management and support positive behavioral interventions
• Collaborate closely with teaching staff, therapists, and administrative teams
• Deliver care in accordance with safety guidelines and crisis interventions
• Help promote an inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environment
