Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health needs, customizing therapy strategies tailored to individual clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and community resources to create robust care plans that address clients' diverse needs.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records that comply with state laws and ethical standards while ensuring the confidentiality of client information.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a relevant field.
