Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique mental health concerns of each client.

• Utilize various evidence-based modalities for individual therapy tailored to the personal needs of clients, adjusting approaches based on ongoing feedback and effectiveness.

• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, regularly monitoring and adjusting these goals throughout the counseling process.

• Offer teletherapy services to accommodate clients who may have difficulty accessing in-person appointments due to geographical or physical challenges.

• Document all sessions and client progress with accuracy and timeliness, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.

• Participate in continuous professional development, engaging in training and learning opportunities to stay current with emerging trends in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of trust and safety in the therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Strong organizational abilities to effectively manage administrative responsibilities alongside a robust caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth counseling, demonstrating proficiency in virtual communication tools and techniques.

• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Prior experience working in a private practice setting is beneficial but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive annual salary between $80,000 and $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
