Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals facing complex challenges, including those with co-occurring medical and mental health conditions such as autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, and substance use disorders. Your role will focus on understanding the unique needs of each patient, providing compassionate support that champions their overall well-being and recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a recognized institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington state.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering trust and rapport with clients.

• Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to ethical guidelines, ensuring patient confidentiality at all times.

Compensation and Benefits\n
