Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions that promote open dialogue, allowing clients to share experiences and learn collectively.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Offer personalized therapy sessions that delve into clients' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, empowering them to develop coping mechanisms and actionable goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults facing an array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and interpersonal difficulties. You will engage with clients in the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), a state-of-the-art treatment modality designed to provide structured care while promoting independence and skill-building.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active LCPC licensure in the state of Nevada.
\n
• Strong empathetic communication skills and the ability to build rapport with young adults.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experience will be preferred:

Compensation and Benefits\n
