Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to foster positive therapeutic relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor will work primarily with adults, children, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• A valid, unrestricted, and current Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) credential.

• At least one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.

• Proficient in using computers and various software tools, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families and completing intake assessments effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience. Our compensation model is fee-for-service, ensuring timely payment with guaranteed rates, eliminating wait time for reimbursements. Additional benefits include:
