Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with patients in hospice care, who are experiencing severe emotional distress related to terminal illness and the process of grief and loss. Your expertise will help these clients navigate complex feelings while facilitating meaningful conversations about their experiences, fears, and hopes. Working with both patients and their families, you will play a pivotal role in providing bereavement support and fostering resilience during these sensitive times.

• Current and active LCSW license in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
