Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily consist of stable, low-acuity adults facing various mental health challenges. These clients typically present with concerns that can be addressed through effective counseling and therapeutic support. You will be an essential resource in helping them navigate their struggles, leading to improved outcomes and a better quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid, unrestricted license to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses and no history of disciplinary actions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients.

• Strong computer literacy skills, with familiarity in digital tools for video counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience as a licensed mental health therapist is required, candidates with backgrounds in hospice or palliative care settings may be particularly well-suited for this role. Experience in providing telehealth services is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, dependent on experience and hours worked.
