Work Environment

As a physical therapist within our organization, you will work onsite, primarily in the patient's home environment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to assess their physical therapy needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on the assessment outcomes, ensuring alignment with the physician's plan of care.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to enhance patients' functional abilities, including exercises and manual therapy practices.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions directly at patients' homes, adapting methodologies to accommodate their specific living conditions.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about therapeutic strategies and home exercises to further support recovery.
• Record and update patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and report outcomes to the broader healthcare team.
• Achieve specified utilization goals and contribute to business objectives while maintaining high standards of customer service and care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will primarily involve working with a diverse patient demographic, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, pediatric patients, individuals with neurological conditions, and sports medicine cases. Your ability to adapt treatment modalities to their varying needs will be crucial in ensuring optimal recovery.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy is required for practice.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in physical therapy is essential.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
• Demonstrated competency in both written and verbal communication, ensuring clear interaction with patients and team members.
• Proficient in word processing and electronic medical records systems to document patient care efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in home health settings or with a mobile therapy practice.
• Background in specialized therapy areas such as geriatrics, pediatrics, or sports injury rehabilitation would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and outcomes measures is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
