Work Environment\n

This role is designed to support a flexible, remote work environment, allowing our clinicians to deliver exceptional care from the comfort of their homes. Your work hours will be Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance. Our workflow prioritizes therapy sessions and minimizes administrative duties, letting our counselors focus on what they love most—helping clients navigate their mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for all clients.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes within our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage in regular team meetings and case consultations to share insights and strategies for improved client care.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness of mental health resources and services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on serving a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and developmental disorders. You will play a vital role in empowering clients to develop coping strategies and achieve their goals for mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field.

• Active California license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• At least two years of experience providing therapeutic services, ideally in a community health or clinic setting.

• Demonstrable skills in building rapport and engaging with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
