Work Environment\n

This remote position provides a flexible telehealth setting where you can conduct therapy sessions comfortably from your location. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, though some flexibility is available based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs, using both standardized assessments and open-ended interviews.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Implement therapeutic interventions and regularly monitor clients’ progress through structured sessions and follow-up evaluations.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure the privacy and safety of our clients' information.

• Facilitate collaboration within our multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and the broader mental health staff, to ensure comprehensive care that meets the unique needs of each individual.

• Provide education and support to patients and their families about mental health conditions, helping them navigate the complexities of treatment options and community resources.

• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending regular case consultations and peer review meetings, promoting best practices and quality enhancements in care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve are adults and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. Our clients value the use of virtual therapy, allowing them to receive care conveniently and compassionately, from the comfort of their homes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted license to practice as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• Demonstrated competence in applying evidence-based psychotherapy interventions tailored to meet the specific needs of diverse clients.

• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients and collaboration with colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
