Key Responsibilities\n As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), your responsibilities will include: \n \n Providing individual and couples therapy to a diverse clientele, addressing various mental health issues and fostering therapeutic growth. \n Completing thorough documentation and record-keeping for all client interactions in a timely manner ensuring compliance with best practices and organizational standards. \n Proactively scheduling ongoing appointments for clients, maintaining an organized calendar to support consistent care delivery. \n Utilizing a billing service to efficiently manage claims, insurance accounts receivable, and facilitate payment plans for clients. \n Engaging in continuous professional development to enhance your therapeutic skills and methodologies. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Your role will focus on clients across a broad age range, with tailored therapeutic approaches to meet the individualized needs of each client. Work in collaboration with schools and community organizations to identify mental health challenges that impact student well-being, further enhancing your outreach and effectiveness. You will be instrumental in providing a safe, supportive environment where students can address their challenges, learn coping strategies, and thrive academically and personally. Qualifications\n To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications: \n \n A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution. \n Licensed to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State. \n Exhibits professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, cultural competency, and self-motivation. \n Effective organizational skills and an ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. \n Willing to commit to a full-time schedule of at least 40 hours per week, including availability for a minimum of 2 evenings each week. \n Preferred Experience\n While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates demonstrating: \n \n Significant training and/or experience in couples therapy. \n A well-developed therapeutic repertoire and proactive engagement in continued professional development. \n Compensation and Benefits\n In recognition of your contributions and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, in addition to various performance bonuses.
