Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will have a variety of essential duties aimed at supporting our clients through effective mental health interventions. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to create individualized, person-centered treatment plans that best address client needs.

• Providing evidence-based psychotherapy for various mental health concerns including substance abuse, anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring all client interactions and treatment notes are submitted within 48 hours.
\n
• Making referrals and collaborating with external service providers to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.
\n
• Participating in emergency support as required according to the after-hours on-call schedule.
\n
• Preparing discharge summaries and following up to ensure continuity of care as clients transition through treatment phases.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions in individual, family, or group modalities to cater to the distinct needs of clients.

• Attending and contributing to all scheduled programmatic meetings, including clinical supervision and team gatherings, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population of adults and adolescents, each presenting unique challenges and backgrounds. Your role is vital in creating safe spaces for conversation and healing, ensuring that clients receive care tailored to their specific situations. Qualifications\n
