Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide effective remote counseling through structured, evidence-based therapeutic programs tailored to the unique needs of each participant.

• Regularly monitor client progress, engaging in follow-up communications to ensure ongoing care coordination and support. Document essential session notes and treatment plans in our secure client management system.

• Collaborate as a member of the multidisciplinary care team, assisting clients in accessing necessary resources and ensuring that consent and authorization forms are accurately obtained.

• Identify and effectively respond to high-risk situations displaying safety concerns, utilizing company protocols and communication strategies to ensure safety and wellbeing for all participants.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending regular supervision meetings, team discussions, and company Town Halls, contributing your insights and actively participating in team strategies.

• Uphold the highest ethical and confidentiality standards as mandated by HIPAA privacy regulations, participating in annual training and compliance activities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary client base includes individuals facing various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma. Your compassionate approach will help clients navigate their personal struggles, empowering them to establish actionable goals while fostering healthy habits. By utilizing evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), you will help clients build coping strategies that lead to improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Ability to maintain a consistent and reliable schedule of 40 hours per week, with availability during regular business hours (Monday-Friday).
