Key Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy sessions with clients through secure video conferencing, ensuring a comfortable environment conducive to open and honest discussions.
• Provide guidance, education, and support to clients coping with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and stress management.
• Diagnose and design treatment plans for individuals experiencing emotional or mental disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Help clients develop effective coping strategies and decision-making skills to improve their daily lives and overall mental well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress while minimizing administrative burden.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele primarily consists of stable adults with low acuity needs, which allows you to focus on providing high-quality care without the immediate pressures often associated with higher-risk cases. Clients are pre-screened for appropriateness, ensuring that you will spend your time effectively helping those who are ready for improvement and growth.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an independent license such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
• Proficient in using technology and digital platforms for therapy to ensure smooth client interactions.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a remote therapy environment is advantageous, allowing for immediate integration into our virtual framework.
• Demonstrated capability to conduct effective therapy sessions with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, depending on your hours worked and caseload. Additional benefits include:
