Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver clinical services tailored to the unique needs of each client, constructing and implementing personalized treatment plans guided by recovery-oriented practices.

• Conduct ongoing assessments to formulate and adjust treatment goals based on the evolving needs of clients.

• Collaborate with clients to create Individual Service Plans (ISPs) that promote skills for daily living, self-management, and coping strategies.

• Develop and facilitate skill-building exercises that enhance clients’ abilities to manage problems and communicate effectively in various situations.

• Serve as an advocate for clients by providing education about community resources, ensuring they are aware of and connected to the necessary support systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on supporting adults aged 18 and older who may struggle with mental health challenges that impede their capability to navigate daily life and community interactions successfully. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid state license is required, such as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Ability to work independently and manage a direct caseload without supervision.
\n
• No history of disciplinary actions against your license, demonstrating adherence to ethical practices in counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

• Proven experience in providing direct clinical services in mental health settings.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, enabling the establishment of trusting relationships with clients.

• Competency in using electronic health records (EHR) for case management and documentation purposes.
