Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, including their emotional, behavioral, and cognitive functioning.

• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each client, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R within the state of New York.

• A minimum of four years of relevant work experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and effective intervention strategies, as well as experience in tailoring treatment approaches to meet individual client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
