This is a full-time remote position that offers flexibility in your work schedule, allowing you to create a balance between your professional responsibilities and personal life. Our clinic operates Monday through Saturday, and we provide in-house credentialing and management of your insurance participation and scheduling. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to identify their mental health needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans.

• Engaging in effective communication with colleagues regarding assessment findings, treatment interventions, and the patient’s interdisciplinary care plan, documented through regular meetings and patient rounds.

• Demonstrating a solid understanding of how to meet the physical, psychological, and social needs of clients across all age groups, tailoring your approach to each unique situation.

• Providing case management for assigned patients by collaborating with hospital staff and community professionals to ensure holistic and comprehensive care.

• Ensuring ethical and timely completion of documentation required by the department, maintaining compliance with legal and organizational standards.

• Implementing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) interventions, along with other evidence-based practices, to aid clients in navigating their treatment plans effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position involves working with diverse populations, including adults, adolescents, and families facing a range of mental health issues. You will be instrumental in providing support for conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship problems. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the State of Texas.

• Willingness to commit to up to 40 client sessions per week, depending on your availability and client load.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly CBT, is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with community resources and referral processes to enhance comprehensive care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
