Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and provide subsequent short-term psychotherapy to clients, utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to their mental health and dual disorder needs.

• Engage in case management and treatment planning as part of individualized therapeutic interventions through family and group modalities, including Intensive Outpatient Programs.
\n
• Deliver a variety of clinical services such as crisis intervention, brief therapy, couples counseling, addiction therapy, and stress management.

• Collaborate with licensed psychologists, nurse practitioners, and physicians to ensure comprehensive patient care and to assess client treatment needs effectively.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client therapy sessions, prepare reports, and coordinate with relevant social agencies and support networks as needed.

• Actively participate in clinical team meetings, quality assurance activities, and organizational planning, contributing insights for better client outcomes and team performance.

• Provide clinical consultation within an integrated healthcare model focusing on family dynamics, community resources, and sociocultural factors impacting mental health.

• Engage in collaborative consultations with interdisciplinary team members, ensuring a unified approach to treatment and support.

Qualifications\n

• Must have a valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or be a licensed psychologist (Psy.D).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 75,000 and 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
