This role will allow you to work remotely, providing flexibility while ensuring you remain an integral part of our team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the psychological needs of students, focusing on mood disorders such as anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with students and their families, highlighting specific therapeutic goals tailored to their unique experiences.

• Implement evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting techniques as needed based on students' responses.

• Educate students and families about mood disorders, treatment options, effective coping strategies, and the importance of mental health in overall well-being.

• Regularly monitor progress and re-assess treatment plans, making data-driven adjustments to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and educational staff to provide a coordinated and comprehensive support system for students.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress updates, ensuring compliance with both legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid license as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Pennsylvania.

• Demonstrated expertise in conducting assessments and delivering interventions for mood disorders, with proficiency in CBT and DBT techniques.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and effective collaboration with psychiatrists.
