Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized therapy through both individual and group counseling sessions, adhering to best practices and evidence-based methodologies.

• Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments to identify the unique needs of each patient and inform treatment planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or PsyD in New York State.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical mental health setting.

• Proven ability to provide marriage and family therapy services with sensitivity to diverse populations.

• Strong communication skills that facilitate effective rapport with clients and collaboration with team members.

• Proficient in working independently while contributing positively to a team-oriented environment.

• Experience with chemically dependent individuals is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
