Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to gain a deeper understanding of clients' mental health concerns, formulating clinical diagnoses based on DSM-5 criteria and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies for clients in acute distress, offering immediate support during emergencies to stabilize their mental health.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment findings, abiding by HIPAA and ethical standards.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment modalities, and available community resources, ensuring they are well-informed and empowered in their care journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship concerns. Qualifications\n

• Possession of current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• Completion of a Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience working in mental health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
