Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client needs, establishing clear and effective treatment plans targeting their goals.

• Provide individual therapy sessions through various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, according to the client's preference and clinical appropriateness.

• Set measurable therapeutic goals with clients and closely monitor their progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary based on feedback and results.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms to offer remote counseling services, ensuring accessibility for clients facing geographical or health-related barriers.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries, to uphold the highest ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in regular consultations and case review meetings with peers to enhance service delivery and share insights.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current state license in one of the following: LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
