Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies and conduct thorough evaluations tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, couples, and family therapies.

• Employ a diverse array of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and current clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Support clients in addressing a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

• Stay engaged in ongoing professional development and participate in workshops to keep abreast of the latest findings in mental health research and practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Clinton County Community Therapy Center, you will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults. Our clients come to us for assistance with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and familial or relationship issues. We emphasize personalized and compassionate care to foster strong therapeutic alliances that promote lasting change.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois.

• At least two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal, ethical, and clinical standards in practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build rapport with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
