Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What You’ll Bring:

• Active Occupational Therapy license for Virginia
• Experience in school-based OT preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Comfortable adapting to changing schedules and caseloads as details are finalized
• Must begin the Virginia Department of Social Services background check process immediately
• Willingness to complete a TB test as required by state regulations

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Provide Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions to students across assigned schools (age groups and caseload to be determined)
• Consult with special education teams to develop and implement student IEPs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
• Support and advocate for students’ functional and academic progress in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
