Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Current, active OT license for Virginia
• Experience or strong interest in school OT practice preferred
• Knowledge of best practices for supporting students from early childhood through adolescence
• Ability to communicate effectively with educators, parents, and students
• TB test required prior to start
• Willingness to complete the Virginia Department of Social Services background check promptly

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services as part of a student-centered team
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized interventions for students with varying needs
• Collaborate closely with educational staff and families to support functional outcomes
• Maintain documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
