Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to deliver therapy from the comfort of your home or any suitable environment. Our telehealth framework is designed to support both client engagement and clinician flexibility, with a focus on maintaining a high standard of care. You will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs, ensuring our clients receive timely and effective support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments during the initial consultations to identify patient needs, cultural considerations, and preferences.

• Create individualized and evidence-based treatment plans that utilize modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational workshops and support groups that foster community connections among individuals facing similar challenges.
\n
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies to ensure client safety and well-being.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders, available treatment pathways, and community resources that can enhance their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to share insights, discuss treatment progress, and enhance collaborative care.

• Stay informed on the latest research and treatment methodologies in the mental health field to continue providing top-quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice primarily serves a diverse adult population experiencing various mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. We also provide support for families navigating these issues, emphasizing a holistic approach that engages both patients and their loved ones.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution;

• Current and valid licensure in Texas as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT;
\n
• Deep understanding of mental health disorders, relevant therapeutic techniques, and proven modalities;
\n
• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment strategies;

• Prior experience in providing individual and group therapy, preferably via telehealth;
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate rapport-building with clients;

• Strong ethical standards and professional boundaries, reinforcing trust within client relationships;

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with telehealth technology.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers an annual salary between USD 80,000 and 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
